PROFESSIONAL INTENT

To support clients through humanizing, integrated approaches to healing aligned with each unique individual sensitized to their own interior landscape with valleys and mountains, crags and rainbows. Assist clients to self-transcend and actualize, not in any order.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Trauma-informed and sensitive to nervous systems with storied histories, numbed out, in withdrawal or after some time off substances. I utilize my background in psychology, nursing, research and professional caregiving, cooking and emotional support experience in Los Angeles, California since the early 2010s. I understand how environments, nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and emotional stabilization critical pieces to health and well-being. Belief that movement, music and singing as well as other modalities such as empathetic and humanizing approaches to self-actualization are key elements to integrating new clients whilst navigating early sobriety, grief, trauma, and formation of new identity cues and shedding of maladaptive patterns and subliminal belief systems that no longer serve an individual in their live. Use of linguistics as a formative framing of thought patterns and reframing through extinguishing certain vernaculars in daily use for periods of time. Health is wealth.
